I recently stayed at the Hanoi Harmonia Hotel & Spa and found the location to be fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. However, I was disappointed with the inconsistent service. While some staff were helpful, especially the young receptionist, others were rude and unprofessional. The room itself was decent but could definitely use some maintenance, which may improve with the new ownership.
